+ How can I make a payment?

Payment Options:

 

Payment by Check

You may pay via check.   Please send your payment to the Hydrocephalus Association, 4340 East West Highway, Suite 905, Bethesda, MD  20814.    Attention:  Conference Registration

Payment will be pending until the check is actually received. by the organizers.

 

Payment by Wire Transfer

You may pay via wire transfer.  Please click Contact Us to request/receive the wire transfer information.

Payment will be pending until the wire transfer is actually received by the organizers.

 

Payment Onsite

You can pay onsite; just make sure that you register online in advance, as opposed to onsite, to lock in the best rate.

 

Payment by Credit Card

Logging into an Existing Registration to Make a Payment via Credit Card

  • 1)  Are you on the main registration page?
    • a. If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • b. If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2)  You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see invoice information with a balance due, to the right of the balance due, click the option MAKE A PAYMENT>>.
  • 3)  You will now be on the Submit A Payment page.  Update all billing address information (***Make sure the address is the one associated with the credit card***), entering any organization information if it is a company card.  Enter all credit card information and check off the two boxes to agree to the System Policies.  On the bottom right side of the screen, click the button that says SUBMIT PAYMENT.
  • 4) Your payment has been submitted.  You can now log out of the system.

+ How do I add another registrant to my invoice?

Logging into an Existing Registration to Add Additional Registrants

***Please note: only the main contact on the invoice can add an additional person to the existing registration***

  • 1) Are you on the main registration page?
    • a. If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • b. If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2) You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see invoice information, and underneath that you will see a list of all names on the invoice.   Below the invoice information AND below the final name on the invoice, you will see the option ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT.  Click on one of these buttons.
  • 3) Complete the registration for the additional registrant.
  • 4)  When you have completed all registration steps for the new registrant, you will be taken back to the Home: My Registrants page.  If you have more people to add to the registration, click ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT and complete another registration.  You can do this as many times as you need to.
  • 5)  Once you have added all registrants and you are back at the Home: My Registrants page, check the box to agree to the system policies, then click the button that says CONFIRM SELECTED REGISTRANT(S) & CONTINUE>>.
  • 6) You will be taken to the Submit A Payment screen.

+ How do I change answers on my registration questionnaire?

Logging into an Existing Registration to Update a Questionnaire

  • 1) Are you on the main registration page?
    • If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2) You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see a balance due, and underneath that you will see a list of all names on the invoice.   Above your name you will see several tabbed options; please click on the one that says MORE OPTIONS and select the option VIEW ALL OPTIONS; you will be directed to another page.
  • 3) Select the option MY QUESTIONNAIRE.
  • 4) You will now be on the Questionnaires page.  Locate the questionnaire that you need to modify from the document list shown, and click on the button to the right of it that says MODIFY.
  • 5)  Answer all questions carefully.  Once you have made all of your selections, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button on the bottom right that says SUBMIT CHANGES AND RETURN TO REGISTRANT OPTIONS.
  • 6)  You will return to the page where you can select all options.  You can make other changes or log out of the system.

+ How do I change my contact information?

Logging into an Existing Registration to Edit Contact Information

  • 1.  Are you on the main registration page?
    • a. If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • b. If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2.  You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see a balance due, and underneath that you will see a list of all names on the invoice.   Above your name you will see several tabbed options; please click on the one that says MORE OPTIONS and select the option VIEW ALL OPTIONS; you will be directed to another page.
  • 3. Select the option MY CONTACT INFO.
  • 4. Review your contact information and make any required changes.  When you have done so, click the button on the bottom right of the screen that says UPDATE>>.
  • 5. You will return to the page where you can select all options.  You can make other changes or log out of the system.

+ How do I change my password?

Logging into an Existing Registration to Change a Password

  • 1) Are you on the main registration page?
    • a. If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • b. If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2) You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see a balance due, and underneath that you will see a list of all names on the invoice.   Above your name you will see several tabbed options; please click on the one that says MORE OPTIONS and select the option VIEW ALL OPTIONS; you will be directed to another page
  • 3) Select the option MY PASSWORD.
  • 4) You will now be on the Login Information page.  Enter your new password of choice into the text box, and confirm it in the text box below.  When you have done so, click the button on the bottom right of the screen that says UPDATE>>.
  • 5) You will return to the page where you can select all options.  You can make other changes or log out of the system.

+ How do I sign up for conference sessions?

Logging into an Existing Registration to Select Sessions

  • 1) Are you on the main registration page?
    • a. If NO: Please go to the main registration page where you log in (then proceed to 1b)
    • b. If YES: Log back in to the system as a RETURNING USER with the username and password you previously selected
  • 2) You should now be at the Home: My Registrants page.  You will see invoice information and underneath that you will see a list of all names on the invoice.   Above your name you will see several tabbed options; please click on the one that says Update My Session; you will be directed to another page. (If you do not see this option, then sessions are not available to select prior to attending and you may attend any session once you are at the event).
  • 3) On the bottom right of the page, click the button that says EDIT UNCONFIRMED SESSION CHOICES OR ADD NEW SESSIONS.
  • 4) Review all session options carefully and make your selections.  Please select only one option per time slot.  Once you have made all of your selections, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button on the bottom right that says SUBMIT CHANGES AND RETURN TO REGISTRANT OPTIONS.
  •  5)     You will receive an automatic email confirmation noting the changes to your registration.  Your session selections can be reviewed on your invoice.

***Please note: you can only update your own sessions or if you are the main contact on the invoice you can update others’ sessions.***


+ How do I sign up for conference sessions?


+ I got an error message that says my username is already in use. Now what?

I got an error message that says my username is already in use

Potential Reasons:

  • You have already registered for the conference
    Click Forgot Password and have a new password sent to you and try to login as a returning user
  • You have attended a previous conference and your information is already in our system
    Click Forgot Password and have a new password sent to you and try to login as a returning user
  • You are in our user database as a contact for mass emails
    Click Forgot Password and have a new password sent to you and try to login as a returning user
  • -You’re using the same username/email for multiple people
    Each registrant must have a unique username. If you registering multiple people on one invoice the same email cannot be used for each person. Either use the registrant’s email address or create an alpha/numeric username for the registrant.

If the option above do not help, please call our office at 1 (866) 374-6338 and a member of our Registration Department will create a new password for you.


+ My credit card didn’t go through. Now what?

Potential Reasons:

  • The billing address is incorrect
    Check the address to see if there is a typo or if information is missing; confirm billing address is correct (i.e. if it is a company card, make sure you are not using your personal address)
  • The bank/credit card company has put a hold on the charge
    Please contact your bank/ credit card company directly to see if they have put a hold on the charge, and if they can lift it.
  • -Limit on your card
    There may be a limit to how much you can charge at one time. Try paying in smaller increments.

If your card still does not go through, try a different credit card or click Contact Us for assistance.
